Hello, I’m CJ, a certified life and sex coach with a passion for living life coloring outside the lines. Today, I want to share the story of what led me to coaching and mentoring.

At age 44 I separated from my husband and the father of my kids. We had both come to the place where we knew it was time to separate. One of our mismatches was intimacy. I looked forward to enjoying what time I thought I had left of my libido. Fast forward to today…IT’S STILL HERE! 

After years of dating disappointments and struggles, I finally met the person who suits me and my needs. I HAVE the relationship dynamic I had dreamed of. I got here by being clear about my needs and desires. I didn’t shape-shift to become someone else for my partner. All of my struggles contributed to me gathering more information about myself and what I wanted and what I didn’t want.

Here’s what I want you to know: YOU NEED TO SHOW UP AND ADVOCATE FOR YOUR TRUE SELF.

You are worthy of your needs and desires. Don’t let shame, guilt or low self-worth tell you otherwise. Don’t let the myriad of bad dating advice tell you that you have to pretend to be something or someone else. I became a coach and mentor because of my struggles and explorations, all of which led me to where I am today. I deeply believe that we are ALL deserving of amazing, connected experiences where we can be authentically ourselves.

If you’re ready to embark on a journey of honoring yourself and standing strong, I’m here for you. I bring my experience to bear when appropriate, but the real work is your own personal journey. Getting down to what YOU want, and building your confidence and conviction, is what moves you towards your goals. I am here for you on this journey; to be your lighthouse; your confidant; your brainstorming partner; your role player; your sounding board; your accountability partner. Let’s get busy getting you the things you want, because we all deserve connection, fun, pleasure, and a life where we feel fulfilled!
